When three foodies get together there’s no tomorrow :D. We had the most amazing tasting menu lunch at the Coriander Leaf Chijmes with my friends. There’s another restaurant of the chain at Club Street with a lovely rooftop terrace.
The cuisine at Chijmes is Pan Asian so all kinds of asian flavours are available. They also have a set lunch menu with 3 courses plus a VIP event area for larger groups or parties. Highly recommend!

We also had another dessert made from White Rabbit ice cream. Apparently the White Rabbit is an old school chewy candy (of chinese origin?). It was delish as well. I really loved the aubergine/brinjal curry dish and the fried crab 🙂
Healthy meal plan start from Kayla Itsines’ 28 Day Bikini Body Guide book
This week me and hubby are starting the Kayla Itsines 28 day healthy diet plan. I bought the book by chance at Kinokuniya and the recipes looked amazing. There are different recipes for each day and 5 meals per day with gorgeous photos and cooking instructions. Plus options for switching a meal to something else you prefer if you have allergies etc. It’s not really a diet but mainly healthy foods & snacks. The book came with an exercise poster for each day of the week, but I probably won’t follow that, because I already go to gym/exercise almost daily.
So we’ll see how that goes 🙂
